If your University Place, WA property needs more than removal, we'll tell you clearly and quote that separately.
What sets our Mold Removal crew apart in University Place.
Our techs don't get paid more for recommending a bigger job than you need. A second opinion costs nothing extra if you're unsure which category your property falls into. We photograph the treated area before and after for your own records.
Small jobs still get the same equipment standard as larger ones. We don't scale down quality just because the square footage is smaller. Our University Place vehicles restock antimicrobial supplies daily.
Nothing changes mid-job unless the scope genuinely does. We'll show you the math, not just a total. We photograph the treated area before and after for your own records.
Most removal calls in University Place get an appointment the same day, sometimes within hours. Urgent cases jump the queue when you flag them at booking. Our University Place vehicles restock antimicrobial supplies daily.
Every University Place job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
Grout lines, ceiling corners, and cabinet undersides in high-moisture rooms get treated directly without disturbing surrounding surfaces.
We'll sort what's salvageable from what isn't, so you're not paying to treat something too far gone.
This step happens before any antimicrobial treatment, not as a substitute for it.
We match the antimicrobial product to the specific surface — wood, drywall, tile — rather than using one generic spray everywhere.
A lingering smell after visible mold is gone usually means a residue treatment step got skipped somewhere.
If a spot needs a second pass, that happens on the same visit whenever possible.
